Acrylic boxes are easy to process, low cost, good light transmission performance, and can clearly see the internal products; therefore acrylic boxes are widely used in hypermarkets and specialty stores. Today, let ’s talk about acrylic box manufacturing methods and acrylic boxes Production skills! Acrylic boxes are made of transparent acrylic. Generally, acrylic sheets with a thickness of 2-3mm are used. If they are too thin, the acrylic boxes are easy to deform and bend. If it is too thick, the manufacturing cost of acrylic boxes is relatively high. The most commonly used manufacturing method of acrylic boxes in acrylic box processing plants requires three manufacturing processes:
- Cutting: The size required when cutting the acrylic sheets into an acrylic box. However, when selecting the acrylic sheets in the early stage, what kind and color of acrylic sheets you want, you need to communicate with the customer in advance before you can finally decide.
- Polishing: Acrylic cut surface after cutting is quite rough, not transparent, and looks unattractive; so after cutting, the acrylic should be polished, and the acrylic can achieve high transparency after polishing. Generally, cloth wheels and diamond polishing machines are used.
- Bonding: stitch together the five panels of the acrylic box, and apply acrylic glue on the surface with the needle tube. After a period of time, when the acrylic adhesive dries out, the acrylic can dissolve together very well firm. Coupled with a special acrylic cover, such an acrylic box is made and looks beautiful and practical.
